Shining a Light on Daimon Barber: Men's Grooming Products

Today I'm shining a light on men's grooming brand DAIMON BARBER. First off, they offer 20% off when you sign up to their newsletter. That's double the 10% no-needle mover discount that you typically see flash up on any e-commerce website. So Kudos. Secondly they are looking to support students, and have unique discounts set up on their site to help young folk get on the ladder and encourage them to invest in their grooming regime.

They pencil (not ink) tick the sustainability box with a statement on their site saying they 'pride ourselves on using only ethically-sourced ingredients, from the best suppliers, all of which are based in the UK.'

Whilst I commend that, it would be nice to see that fleshed out a bit more. A little more transparency on the supply chain, how are they ethically sourced and what kind of sustainable materials are used (if any) in the packaging. If I have missed that on the site, or if the brand has any further intel I'd be happy to update this article and insert their practices here.

Their products are really innovative, and creatively designed. Along with the website I actually enjoy looking at them. I want to touch it and caress it as Shirley Bassey would say. The little handwritten notes with an arrow point feels on trend, like an Insta post you'd swipe to see. This might be a bit nerdy for the review but, coming from someone that has designed a few e-commerce sites, there is really nothing quite like a well-designed platform that you want to explore.

The products pop up from the page once you hover and the photography is strong and the copy (blogs and content) is both informative and interesting. A Rare combo. I could go into listing the products and review the ones I got sent, but to be honest that would take a long time as there are quite a few. The runs I have road-tested have made an impact already. The Exfoliating Cleanser, Revitalising Moisturiser and the Revitalising Eye Formula are all winners.

As well as skin care DAIMON BARBER also offer a wide range of hair products and gifts for him packages. All the prices are accessible and decent value. If you're looking to get someone a present for Christmas then I recommend the World Traveller;  Everything you need, for everywhere you go £19.95 / 5 X 10G Literally, five things that will help you look and feel better when you’re on the go. Whether you’re discovering DAIMON BARBER for yourself, or helping someone to unlock their own grooming potential, this set features the very best from head-to-toe grooming. Rest assured this kit contains the highest quality plant-based ingredients and actives, with each product making sure that your regimen doesn’t suffer when you’re on the move.

Be sure to check out all the other products and useful grooming articles on the DAIMON BARBER site here
