A Friday afternoon in Shoreditch down the backstreets of Great Eastern street, hidden in the penthouse of a typical East London quirky office building you'll find FEELS. An App (you can download it here), where you share and discover moments with your friends and connect in a more meaningful way with brands, artists, celebrities, fashion icons and other users all over the world. As I'm building up a good reputation in the menswear industry with my blog, Instagram and YouTube channel it is essential to be able to connect and collaborate with brands and for me FEELS gives us a great opportunity to do just that.
When I first got chosen to work on this collaboration shoot with Hype - I did think to myself, isn't Hype a bit hip, young and cool for you! Maybe they are. But I realised that Hype clothing is so diverse, yes it offers loud prints and branded...well branded everything. However they also offer a large selection of staple clothing which I also loved. In fact their Khaki Crew Neck Jumper has become my morning, daytime, going-out, gym, running and lounging jumper! I wear it ALL the time!
I wanted to see how I could style my favourite piece of casual Hype clothing in a way that my readers could wear at the weekends, chilling indoors, going for walks or popping to the pub. So I headed out with Ella H Photography in Shadwell, East London to take these street style snaps.
The Hype shoot with Feels had an added bonus because at the end of the day, we were all invited to the #FeelsxHype party, work hard play hard, right. You can view all of the afterparty photos by downloading & signing up to the Feels App. Loved meeting the whole team at Feels as well as my fellow collaborators Callum, Jade, Jaime & Mel. What do you think of our Hype styled looks? All the behind the scenes images below were taken by Victoria from Feels and the photographer on set was Rebecca Need-Menear - cant wait to see her professional shots!
