Best Body Washes for Men

Today I'm going to share some thoughts on what I find to be the best body washes for men. Some items I have been gifted in the past, others I've used for years and am a repeat patron.

Having a shower is one of the best experiences of my day. Which either says something about the mundanity of my everyday life, or that I really love showering. I often think when showering, what people must have gone through in the olden times. The times before a Grohe Power Shower. They invaded countries just to get a thermal spa. I mean the hardship. We have it so good that some folk even put the water on cold just to get cold exposure. So showering is never taken for granted, not in my household. With that in mind lets take a look at some of the best body washes for men

Heath London

A great kick-start to any morning is with a product that provides you these benefits. It will leave you happy and ready for the day ahead with its amazing actives. Bamboo offers its moisturising and calming properties, along with Brazilian Papaya Extract which is rich with vitamins and minerals that aid in regeneration, conditioning and moisturising the skin. What's more it costs peanuts.

L'Occitane

It doesn't come cheap, but if you can afford the best then accept no substitute. The Luxury Size Shea Verbena Hands & Body Liquid Soap by L'Occitane is a detergent-free and gentle on dry, sensitive or damaged skin. The body wash has a pleasant scent that is long lasting.

Charles + Lee

Perhaps one from left field. I do love shining a light on brands that aren't necessarily marquee names. Charles + Lee are on that list of best kept secrets, although maybe I'm doing them a disservice. This Hand + Body Wash does not contain rare minerals harvested by the light of a full moon, nor was it created by an ultra-manly lumberjack who wears flannelette + fights bears for fun. However, it is a damn good Hand + Body Wash.

And check out these ingredients. Naturally fragranced with a refreshing Citrus blend of Goji Berry + Blood Orange with notes of Grapefruit, this multipurpose wash will sit proud in your shower, bathroom or kitchen alike, and is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Horace

They offer a variety of different fragrances in their shower gel/body wash range. However, I've stayed quite loyal to the Peppermint & Tea Tree shower gel. The founders begun their journey looking to make grooming more inclusive. Their story is an interesting one, their philosophy. This natural, paraben-free shower gel gently cleanses and soothes your skin. With each use, you will feel invigorated and energised. Their treatments are 95-100% natural, the brands philosophy is to be as kind to the skin as it is to the planet.

Not only does it smell amazing but the Tea tree oil is known for its antibacterial properties and the witch hazel floral water calms redness and soothes skin.

American Crew

I've vlogged, blogged tirelessly about American Crew. So one last recommendation from me to go out on and it should come as no surprise. This long-lasting body wash will help keep you smelling fresh and clean all day long. It helps control the odour caused in your skin by micro organisms. Ideal for use in the gym, use daily for long-lasting 24 hour odour control.
