New Dior Sauvage Perfumed Men's Grooming Line

Today I'm walking my nose through the scent garden of the new expressive perfumed Grooming Line from DIOR Sauvage. The line is designed to be a part of an everyday routine for men and the clean formulas invite nature straight into your bathroom.

You can experience the products up close on my Instagram Reel. For now let me share with you some notes and thoughts now that I've had the opportunity to try these products first hand.

Dior Sauvage Shower Gel

The Sauvage body wash delivers an invigorating fresh sensation to skin. It cleanses without drying out the skin, leaving it scented with the fresh, woody notes of Sauvage. The 1st step in your Sauvage scented grooming routine.

The smell is evocative and congruous to those dusty-mystical cactus-strewn videos featuring the brand ambassador Johnny Depp. Sauvage Shower Gel is composed of natural-origin ingredients and enriched with Cactus extract. It’s clear gel texture transforms into a generous and creamy foam upon contact with water and nourishes the skin. In a deep blue colour, the Sauvage Shower Gel bottle is composed of 100% recycled plastic.

£40 for 250 ml.

Dior Sauvage Elixir

Sauvage Elixir is a fragrance as unique and rare as a red moon in the night sky. Dior's in house perfumer Francois Demachy has once again leveraged his expertise in Olfactive world to deliver a masterful scent. It has a fresh citrusy opening that dovetails seamlessly into the Bergamot and pepper notes. I would say it’s a very nice winter fragrance; woody, elaborate and virile. Apply sparingly, a little goes a long way.

This precious bottle, features multiple sophisticated elements: the magical name of the fragrance written in silver on a label engraved directly on the glass, and the dome base of the bottle engraved with the CD logo.

£112 for 60ml.

Dior Sauvage Moisturiser for Face & Beard

Sauvage Moisturiser for Face and Beard has a lightweight, non-sticky texture, this moisturiser procures a relaxing, fresh sensation and is quickly absorbed by the skin to hydrate it while leaving a matte finish.

After a few applications I'm now wedded to the idea that this is the beard moisturiser for me. It's never felt softer and it has managed to perform the seemingly impossible task of hydrating and softening my skin without a trace of residue. It smells, spicy, with a whiff of devilry.

£46 for 75ml.

Dior Sauvage After Shave Balm

Sauvage After-Shave Balm is a non-greasy, non-sticky balm that procures a feeling of freshness and comfort to sooth razor burn. To complete the regime this after-shave balm feels more than an afterthought. It proves that Sauvage puts extreme emphasis on the details, realising how important the finishing touch is.

The Sauvage after-shave balm is quickly absorbed and left my skin with a matte finish, scented with the fresh and woody notes of Sauvage.

£46 for 100ml.
