AUDEN SKINCARE: THIS ONE IS GREEN & HAS DRAGON’S BLOOD
AUDEN Skincare x Carl Thompson.jpg

Of all the skin care products that have graced my bathroom shelf, I'm putting Auden Skincare right up there as some of the more aesthetically pleasing. And I may have said that about the past 20 skincare reviews but I mean it this time, hand of God. Auden Skincare is the brainchild of London-based beauty entrepreneur, Abbie, who founded her multi award winning skincare group, Freya +Bailey, by identifying a niche for treatments targeted to specific skin concerns.

Lifestyle taking a toll? There is a stressed skin tool box that are clinically approved saviours of your stressed skin. Other bundles and subscription boxes cater for dull-dehydrated skin and dry, irritated skin. But not everyone is dermatologist. How does one discern whether their skin is stressed or dehydrated or both? On the Auden website you can take a quick test that will help isolate a few handy products based on the information you have given them. Here is my basic profile from the results of my online test.

WE RECOMMEND AN AGE PRESERVATION REGIME

It doesn’t matter how old you are nor how young you feel: You aren’t immune to time. Activated with a peptide, vitamin C and omega-rich formula, this regime will reduce long-term signs of ageing and help calm skin so it can focus on natural renewal. Stay faithful to this anti-ageing skincare regimen to help you look, glow and feel your best, without breaking a sweat.

1. FACE FUEL CLEANSER
2. HYALURONIC ACID FACE MIST
3. HYALURONIC ACID FACE SERUM
4. AGE DEFENCE FACE MOISTURISER
5. SUPER TROOP NIGHT SERUM

Auden applies scientific rigour, innovation and expertise, to revitalise men’s skin which is different, structurally and hormonally. Pioneering a new generation of microbiome-supporting skincare with the sole purpose of giving men their best skin ever with no stress, the range is clean, incredibly effective and symbiotic with our bodies and the environment.

The products are packaged in this British Racing Green gradient type bottles and tubs. The brand name scrolled on the products are accented with a yellow dash which gives it an edge. From an IT point of view the website is also neatly laid out. When you click on a product you're given more than just a description and a trust pilot review. You're given a very persuadable beat sheet of what it does, why you need it and what it's ideal for.

CONCLUSION

I've enjoyed these products. I've felt a renewed balance to my skin and one even has sustainably sourced dragon's blood (Croton Lechleri) in it. It feels a little Brian Fontana to say, but saying you have dragon's blood in your grooming regime, what an icebreaker that will be at the next party.
