Smoothies go hand in hand with a busy lifestyle, so don't go mad with the ingredients list and check out my top 5 three Ingredient smoothies which can all be prepared in 90 seconds. Keep it simple!

1. The Pina Colada

The ultimate craving killer…

  • 1 Cup of frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Cup of Coconut milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana

Put the heating on and walk around the house in your swimsuit baby.

2. The post workout

Packed full of Protein and a healthy treat too.

  • 1 Cup of Almond milk
  • 1 Scoop (20g) Whey powder
  • 1 Cup of Chocolate Ice cream

Ice Cream!! The Oppo brothers did what no Italo-British trainer could ever dream of… Healthy Ice cream. Gotta be done!

3. Give ‘em Kale

Detoxing your night out from your system is easy with this little minx.

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup of Coconut water
  • 1/2 Cup of frozen Kale

It has plenty of sugar (read: energy) and hydration as it’s usually alcohol related!!

4. Buttery goodness

Fatty goodness filled ready to keep you going for those meeting filled days.

  • 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Almond butter
  • 1 Frozen Banana

Look out for Almond milk laden with sweeteners, or even the thickener Carrageenan! Yuk!! Rude Health make awesome healthy products and are local.

5. Berry-Licious

  • 1/2 Cup of frozen Berries
  • 1/2 Cup of frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup of Coconut water

Full of antioxidants which lower the free radicals levels in the skin, for that glowing look that'll stop your hated work colleague from asking if you're feeling "ok" after a night out.

Top tips:

  1. Get a few tupperware's in the bottom of the freezer with your favourite cut up fruit and berries.
  2. It’s really worth getting the best ethically sourced products some of which are cheaper than the chemically laden ones. I use Meridian for nut butters, Vitacoco coconut water, Oppo for ice cream and Rude Health for almond milk.
