Accessorising your suit isn't the hardest task in the world, I mean there are only two main accessories being the tie and pocket square, so why are so many people getting it wrong? The key is to pick these two accessories that enhance the colour of your suit. So often I see gents wearing the same plain, boring coloured pocket square and tie combination, for example wearing a plain red pocket square with a plain red tie in exactly the same fabric - it just doesn't work and I'll go as far to say it looks terrible. I don't blame them because the high-street (especially over Christmas) sell these gift packs and advertise that ties and pocket squares should match. Well I'm here telling you that they shouldn't or at least you'll look much more sartorial if you choose pieces with a bit more personality that contrast each other.
